Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must be willing to relocate to Portland, OR (Relocation assistance provided).
