Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing system performance and reliability.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features on time.
- Testing & Deployment: Create comprehensive unit and integration tests; automate deployment pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript; experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is highly preferred.
- Database Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and RESTful APIs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
