Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Python/Java
- Optimize database performance for high-traffic APIs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams on technical roadmaps
- Mentor 2-3 junior engineers
- Implement security best practices (OAuth, SAML)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS/CE or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in backend development
- Expertise in AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
