Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large sets of raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate key findings and insights to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to understand their data needs.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining our databases and ensuring data integrity through regular audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is highly desirable.
