Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical solutions
- Implement RESTful APIs and optimize database performance for high-traffic applications
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust monitoring solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proficient with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies
