This position is specifically for our critical weekend shift, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining system integrity, deploying updates, and ensuring our high-availability infrastructure remains robust during off-peak hours.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software applications specifically designed for weekend maintenance cycles and critical updates.
- Monitor system health, analyze performance logs, and proactively troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment of features and patches.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues that arise during the weekend support window.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and reliably during weekend shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
