Responsibilities
- Development & Deployment: Design, code, and deploy high-quality software features for our core products.
- System Maintenance: Perform critical maintenance, patching, and system updates during the weekend window to minimize disruption to our 24/7 services.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues in production environments efficiently.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and QA teams to ensure requirements are met and features are delivered on time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in a web or mobile environment.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go and experience with SQL databases.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, or React.
- Availability: Must be willing to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
