As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core software platforms. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about clean code, system architecture, and solving complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share knowledge.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to improve user experience.
- Engage in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Willingness and ability to work Weekend Shifts as required by business needs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
