Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and APIs.
- Execute rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA teams to define technical requirements.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during the weekend maintenance window.
- Optimize database performance and application speed.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred).
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts with a positive attitude.
