Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions tailored to our client needs.
- Lead weekend deployment cycles and perform critical system maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate requirements into robust technical implementations.
- Identify and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in legacy and new codebases.
- Implement and monitor security best practices to protect sensitive data.
- Document technical specifications and API endpoints to ensure team-wide clarity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong command of at least one major language (Python, Java, or C++).
- Proven experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a structured weekend shift schedule (Friday-Sunday).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
