Responsibilities
- System Development: Design, code, test, and debug complex software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Maintenance: Perform regular code reviews, refactor legacy systems, and ensure code quality and security standards are met.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance during peak weekend loads.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and assist in the CI/CD pipeline deployment processes.
- Remote Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for remote infrastructure components when on-site coverage is required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with experience in web technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) or a 4-day work week.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
