Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our core platform.
- Execute critical system maintenance, updates, and security patches during weekend shifts.
- Debug complex production issues and implement scalable fixes to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the Product and QA teams to define technical requirements and best practices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following Agile methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
- Experience working in a 24/7 support or weekend shift environment.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during off-hours.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
