Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code for our core mission-critical platforms.
- Execute and monitor weekend deployment cycles and maintenance windows with zero downtime.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C#).
- Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Deep understanding of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently during shifts.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
