Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business objectives
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain robust testing frameworks
- Optimize system performance and resolve production issues with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python with REST API development
- Experience with AWS/GCP services and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control (Git)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
