Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Lead weekend deployments and incident response rotations
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance using distributed tracing tools
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Document architecture decisions and technical specifications
- Participate in agile ceremonies during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years with Node.js/Python and cloud platforms
- Expertise in microservices architecture (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent written communication skills
- Preferred: AWS/Azure certification
