Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software applications using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust testing protocols and ensure code quality through peer reviews
- Optimize application performance and scalability for enterprise-level systems
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development with strong programming fundamentals
- Proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during weekend shifts
