Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project milestones
- Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across full-stack applications
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and technology stack evolution
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or C#)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a weekend schedule
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
