Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Lead weekend code reviews and contribute to technical documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python/Node.js
