Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee system reliability and security.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems and APIs.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and propose new tools or methodologies to improve development workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.
