Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while actively participating in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and security.
- Agile Process: Adapt to Agile/Scrum methodologies, participate in sprint planning, and deliver features on time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) or backend systems (Node.js, .NET) is highly desirable.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
