Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and optimize code to ensure high-speed, efficient performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions to ensure system uptime.
- Agile Methodology: actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Node.js, or similar modern frameworks is highly preferred.
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control systems (Git).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
