Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern technologies (Java, Python, React, etc.) and best coding practices.
- System Optimization: Analyze complex codebases to identify performance bottlenecks and implement efficient algorithms to enhance application speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements, create technical specifications, and ensure seamless delivery.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure data integrity and fast retrieval for internal and external systems.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to minimize bugs and ensure the reliability of our software releases.
- Cloud Integration: Assist in deploying applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Mentoring: Provide guidance to junior team members and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a corporate environment.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Database Skills: Extensive experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Tools: Proficient in using version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and Agile methodologies.
