Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, robust, and secure software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and stability.
- Deployment: Work within CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Web Technologies: Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and RESTful APIs.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Database: Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system architecture.
