Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable backend services using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure high performance and security standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural decision-making processes.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud computing (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
