Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go, Python, and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for weekend deployment windows
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams on responsive web applications
- Debug and resolve production issues with on-call rotation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Drive DevOps practices using Terraform and Kubernetes

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Node.js/Python)
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong proficiency in containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture
