Responsibilities
- Development: Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and QA—to define requirements and deliver features that exceed expectations.
- Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and clear API specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure fast, reliable, and responsive user experiences.
- Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) is highly preferred.
- Remote Readiness: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment with strong self-discipline and communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Agile: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
