Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Review: Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization across the codebase.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot technical roadblocks with a focus on user-centric solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, QA) to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and APIs.
- Testing: Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure system reliability and robustness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or distributed environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Tools: Strong command of version control (Git), RESTful APIs, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
