Responsibilities
- Translate complex business questions into actionable data analysis using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities and data-driven solutions
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
- Develop predictive models to forecast trends and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
