Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Contribute to the technical documentation of our products.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Columbus, OH & Virginia).
