Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps automation
- Document architecture decisions and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive sprint planning execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready applications at scale
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across teams
