Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software systems using modern engineering best practices.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features from conception to deployment.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while actively identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system performance.
- Tech Leadership: Participate in code reviews, technical planning sessions, and architecture discussions to ensure code quality and system integrity.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and debug issues in production environments to ensure high availability and uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Core Languages: Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) or back-end frameworks (Spring, Django, Node.js).
- Database Skills: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate, Sequelize).
