Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Python, Go, and Node.js
- Optimize database queries for 10M+ daily transaction systems
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Conduct A/B testing for algorithmic trading features
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Document API specifications using OpenAPI 3.0
- Collaborate with NYC team on cross-regional deployments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years building production-level cloud applications
- Proficiency in AWS/GCP with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Strong grasp of distributed systems design patterns
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable system solutions
