Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and performance standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship to foster team growth.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, reducing latency and improving user experience.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
- Tools: Strong command of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable architecture.
