Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python/Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Drive DevOps practices for continuous delivery and monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
