Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#; experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-30 hours per week) with flexibility.
