Responsibilities
- Core Development: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within a cross-functional remote team.
- System Optimization: Analyze existing codebases to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations for performance and security.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, API specs, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
