Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with a focus on web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
