Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize: Refactor existing codebases to improve performance, security, and maintainability.
- Debug: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bugs within tight timelines.
- Documentation: Write comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications for the engineering team.
- Testing: Create and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) or backend languages (Node.js, Python).
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
