Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java/Python
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps practices
- Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams on real-time systems
- Resolve production incidents with root cause analysis
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and technical innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems and cloud architecture
- Expertise in at least two: Java, Python, Go, or Node.js
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Strong background in microservices and event-driven design
- Experience with APM tools (Datadog, New Relic)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production code at scale
