Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Night Operations: Manage critical system maintenance, patches, and updates during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system performance and stability.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and foster team growth.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for code and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Stack: Proficiency in at least two of the following: JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, Java, or Go.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift schedule.
- Remote Skills: Strong self-discipline and excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
