Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional software development experience with night shift or rotational schedule exposure.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with frameworks like React, Node.js, or Spring.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration and cross-team coordination.
