Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Debug, test, and deploy code with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring night-uptime stability.
- Document technical requirements and architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go).
- Experience working in a remote environment and understanding of asynchronous communication.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work night shift hours to support global operations.
