As a member of our night shift team, you will ensure our critical systems remain operational and secure while contributing to the development of next-generation software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for complex system issues during the night shift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while maintaining high code quality.
- Ensure system uptime and performance optimization, addressing any anomalies that arise during off-hours.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural planning to drive engineering best practices.
- Document technical requirements, system architecture, and processes for future maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document complex technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to relocate to Tampa, FL or North Carolina with full company support.
