Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and improve existing codebases.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions to ensure high-quality standards and best practices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues with a focus on system stability and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following agile methodologies.
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure product reliability during night operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# (depending on team specialization).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first team culture.
