Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services and APIs to support our 24/7 platform.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical issues during night operations to ensure zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define architectural requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement security best practices and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning and testing.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to improve application scalability and speed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development using languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
