Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that influence business performance.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain SQL databases and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise, and professional presentations.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies to continuously improve analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Tech or Finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
