Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our 24/7 platform infrastructure.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues during low-traffic windows to minimize user impact.
- Perform code reviews and implement best practices for security and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Automate deployment pipelines and monitor system health to prevent outages.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.
- Ensure 100% uptime and data integrity for critical customer-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience working in night shift or 24/7 operational environments is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
