Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions for our equity options trading platforms.
- Monitor system health and performance during night shifts to ensure zero downtime and high availability.
- Debug and resolve complex latency issues in high-frequency trading environments.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and developers to implement new trading strategies.
- Ensure strict data security and compliance with financial regulations.
- Document technical architecture and participate in code reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably within Fintech or High-Frequency Trading.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with Linux environments and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or similar).
