- Debug complex issues and resolve production incidents with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the night shift team on deployment, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Ensure all code meets security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive optimizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during night hours.
