Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-quality software solutions for internal systems and client-facing applications.
- Maintenance: Monitor system health, troubleshoot complex production bugs, and ensure 99.9% uptime during off-hours.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements, write technical specifications, and participate in agile ceremonies.
- Security: Implement robust security best practices to protect sensitive data integrity.
- Optimization: Refactor legacy code, optimize database performance, and improve application speed.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise technical documentation for future maintenance and handover.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Tools: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
